Gilmathien Belts 3 HR for Bears

Thursday, May 5th, 2022: Floria Gilmathien of Carrock was on fire with three home runs in the 9-6 win over Rivendell at Old League Park.

"The first two I got all of them and it was no doubt they were gone. The last one I got lucky. It seemed like the wind helped it a little. Old Mother Nature helped me get into the record books."

For the game Gilmathien was 3 for 4 with 5 RBIs and 3 runs scored.

Floria Gilmathien grounded out in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Rasin Oathmaker in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Rasin Oathmaker in the 5th and hit a two-run home run off Rasin Oathmaker in the 7th.

So far this season Gilmathien has hit .350 with 10 home runs, 32 RBIs and and scored 19 times.
