Wyrms Tunnelly Out of Action
Saturday, April 16th, 2022: The Minas Ithil Wyrms were dealt a severe blow when Tika Tunnelly was hurt throwing a pitch recently in a game against the Bywater Bounders. After the game, the team trainer reported Tunnelly might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 31-year-old starting pitcher out for the rest of the season with bone chips in her elbow. They indicated it would take Tunnelly at least 6 months to heal.
