Marauders Gàndir Suffers Injury

Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021: Team doctors diagnosed Phaiar Gàndir with a torn ligament in his thumb and told the Mirkwood Marauders center fielder that he will miss 2 weeks. Gàndir was hurt making a defensive play in a game against the Old Forest Merry Fellows.

During the current season Gàndir is batting at a .294 clip with 47 home runs and 155 RBIs. He has played in 154 games and scored 133 times.
