*Plant Nabs MC #1 Pitcher Award

Sunday, August 1st, 2021: It was a very good month for Robert *Plant in July. The 35-year-old veteran starter for the Weathertop Witch Kings outpitched everybody -- young and old -- to claim the Mordor Conference Pitcher of the Month award earlier today.

*Plant ran up a 4-0 record in his 5 starts during the month. In 38 innings he fanned 29 and recorded a 0.71 ERA.

In 23 starts this season *Plant has chalked up a 11-7 record and a 3.72 ERA.
