Misty Mountain's *Balrog Slayer Top MC Batter in July

Sunday, August 1st, 2021: Though her face is weathered and her hands are calloused, Buffy *Balrog Slayer can still get it done in Tolkien Baseball. In fact, the 34-year-old first baseman for Misty Mountain was named the Mordor Conference Batter of the Month today after putting up an impressive performance at the plate.

In July she batted .381 with 9 home runs, 31 RBIs and 31 runs scored.

To date *Balrog Slayer has chalked up a .342 average with 27 home runs, driven in 93 runs and scored 85 times.
