Isengard Right Fielder Hurt

Friday, June 11th, 2021: Watching Michale Fimir getting helped off the field today at Orthanc Stadium, fans of the Isengard Raiders feared the worst. The news wasn't quite as bad as initially feared, but the right fielder will miss 3 weeks with a bruised wrist. "We feel we've dodged a bullet. When you see a guy break down like that, you worry right away," a team spokesman said. Fimir suffered the injury being hit by a pitch in the game against the Marauders.

Fimir is hitting .287 this year with 16 home runs, 55 RBIs and 53 runs scored. He has 70 hits in 244 at-bats, 30 walks and a .368 on-base percentage. Fimir has played in 64 games.
