Numenor's Foxburr Gets 2500th Hit
Tuesday, May 4th, 2021: The Numenor contest with Minas Tirith featured a real shining moment: Minto Foxburr, the Kings third baseman, collected career base hit #2500. That his team lost the game, 18-13, took away only a little bit of the luster. Fittingly, the 35-year-old Foxburr, who went 1-for-2, received a warm ovation from the Elrod Stadium at Finrod Field crowd.
During his career Foxburr has hit .296 with 2500 hits, 288 home runs, 1120 RBIs and scored 1477 runs.
