Scarlett *III Wins the MVP

Sunday, November 8th, 2020: With her Sam Gamgee Batter award tucked under her arm, Scarlett *III stopped by to pick up her 2nd Aragorn MVP award. The Bucklebury catcher was voted the most valuable player in the Shire Conference for 2020.

In leading the conference in batting average (.386), on-base percentage (.484), slugging percentage (.696) and homeruns (46), Scarlett was a powerful force and one of the key factors in the Fairies win of the Dwarf division this year. To top it off, she even picked up a Legolas Fielder award at catcher.

There was a tie for 2nd place on the MVP ballots between Mablung *Véneanár of Mirkwood and Moria catcher, Splinter *Jack. Mirkwood's Phaiar Gàndir picked up the only 1st place vote that Scarlett didn't get.
