Veteran Re-Signs with Fairies

Wednesday, September 9th, 2020: Fairies fans were divided today as Bucklebury confirmed that the front office has signed Sancho Peatfingers to a 1-year extension at a rate of $1,790,000 per year.

While many were enthusiastically behind the signing, others worried about Peatfingers's age.

This season Peatfingers has compiled a 13-9 mark with a 4.65 ERA in 29 starts.
