Boffin and Grilgol Named Gwaihir Relief Aces

Today Lothlorien's Gwilmir Boffin and Bywater's Haleodur Grilgol were presented with their trophies as the 2019 Gwaihir Reliever Award winners. Boffin led all relievers in the league with 45 saves, and when his 10-5 won-loss record and 4 blown saves were factored in, he easily won the race. This is 4-time All-Star Boffin's first reliever award. Meanwhile, in the Shire race, it was veteran Grilgol who picked up his 3rd Gwaihir. The 35-year-old Bywater star had a career high 44 saves while picking up 3 wins vs. 2 losses and 5 blown saves.
