Buckland 6-6 for Dunharrow

It's not something you read about in the sports pages every day -- a 6-for-6 day. It may only come around once in a career -- a lot of players never have one -- but Elanor Buckland got one today. She scattered hits all over Orthanc Stadium to pace Dunharrow to a 23-2 victory over Isengard in Game 2 of their Fellowship Series match.

The Isengard skipper told reporters in the press room, "Tip your hat to her. She hit some good pitches. According to the scouting report, Buckland hit several that she is not supposed to hit."

E. Buckland singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off A. Heineman in the 7th, hit a three-run home run off D. Trollworker in the 8th and walked in the 9th.
