Bounders Iceywater Lost for Year

Bywater has lost starting pitcher Dilir Iceywater for at least 8 months. He was hurt in a game against the Royals while throwing a pitch and sustained back spasms. His doctors said Iceywater will probably be out the rest of the year.

In 2019 thus far, Iceywater has tossed 152.2 innings in 23 starts, fanned 133 batters, walked 37 and put up a 3.18 ERA with 10 wins and 5 losses.
