Bucklebury Makes Big Splash in Free Agency: Signs MR

Team insiders were tight-lipped prior to today's deal that brought 30-year-old reliever Scott Buxton to Bucklebury.

Buxton is considered one of the league's A-list players and certainly will enhance any chances the Fairies have to win a playoff spot this year.

Buxton has put up a 3.24 career ERA and fanned 432 hitters in 516.2 innings. His record stands at 35-29 with 38 saves.
