Isengard sweeps Grey Havens in Fellowship Series

It was fitting that Isengard pitcher Vogush Spearripper was the guy to strike out the final Grey Havens batter to seal the Raiders' sweep. Spearripper, 35, who was a 25 year old rookie the last time the team made the playoffs, is the only remaining player from the 2008 roster.

Spearripper didn't pitch in the '08 series. "I was starting to wonder if I'd ever make it back to the postseason," he said. "It felt good to contribute this time."

Isengard muscled past the Stars in 4 games to go to their first Mordor Conference Championship Series ever.
