Roth Goes Cycling
BYWATER - On August 27 at The Water Park, Bywater second baseman Beleg Roth accomplished a true baseball rarity, knocking a single, double, triple and a home run to hit for the cycle and lead the Bounders to a 5-2 win over Dead Marshes. In a standout performance Roth laced 4 hits in 4 trips to the plate and had 3 RBI.
B. Roth singled in the 1st, hit a two-run triple in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th and hit a solo-shot off I. Elilmalad in the 8th.
Presently Roth is batting .281 with 135 hits and 11 home runs. He has knocked in 52 runs and scored 74 times.
