Bounders *L'pu Sidelined

Dealing with injuries is part of the game and now Elendil *L'pu of the Bounders knows this firsthand. He was injured against the Lake Town Archers while colliding with a player at a base. Diagnosed as a strained rib cage muscle, the Bywater right fielder is expected to miss 7 weeks. *L'pu was a little upset, but understands it comes with the territory. "Baseball can be a contact sport. You try to be careful, but no matter how careful you are, injuries happen."

*L'pu is presently batting .401 with 20 home runs, 43 runs scored and 61 RBIs. His OBP is .424.
