Veteran Foxburr Agrees to 4-Year Deal

In what local scribes are hailing as huge, the Kings inked a $51,480,000 deal with third baseman Minto Foxburr.

Team Officials expect Foxburr to fill an immediate void on the roster, and felt the deal would make them an instant playoff contender.

In 1898 career games Foxburr is hitting at a .298 pace with 2047 hits with 369 doubles, 17 triples and 247 homers while scoring 1232 runs and racking up 956 RBIs. He logged 1064 walks and owns a .394 on-base percentage.
