Well, GIR, our evil plan was a success…Merry Platypus, one and all

Well, here they are. The Christmas carols I promised. I didn’t want to do the same old crap that everybody else does for songs. So, this is relatively new crap.

After fiddling around with them all night and trying to overdo it, I finally just dropped back to basics on them. So, don’t expect faux string sections or fancy schmancy chimes. It’s just me old geetar and some serious reverb.

Enjoy! (Or else…)

The Peace Carol.mp3 – The original is by Bob Beers and the Beers Family, but I saw it done by John Denver and the Muppets and fell in love with it. My brother sings some wicked harmony on this one.

Huron Carol.mp3 – This is an old French tune that is supposedly big in Canada or something. I saw it done by some guy on YouTube when I was looking for public domain carols and thought it was nifty.
